Our growing Customer Care Team, based in Paris (Levallois-Perret), is looking for a new Customer Care Assistant. Our goal : guarantee and optimise our customer experience on our platform.

- Within the Customer Care team, your main missions are to assist customers in their use of our tools and to provide quality customer service, with relevant answers and advice
- You are responsible for the quality of the customer relationship on a daily basis and you do your best to provide relevant answers to our customers by phone or email
